Short Hills, New Jersey: An international Japanese restaurant chain will open its first Essex County location. A franchise of YO! Sushi will be located on the lower level of The Mall at Short Hills, near Bloomingdale's. Most locations of YO! Sushi are in the United Kingdom, though locations have opened in the United States in recent years. A franchise opened earlier this year at a mall in Paramus, Bergen County. Like some restaurants in Japan, YO! Sushi delivers food to customers' tables using conveyor belts.
