Montclair, New Jersey: A franchise of an upscale condiments chain will open in the Montclair Center Business District. According to The Vanguard Group, Oil & Vinegar's Montclair store will be located within the Wedgewood Building. There are several Oil & Vinegar locations across the world, though most are in Europe and the Seattle, Washington area. In addition to flavors of oil and vinegar, ceramics, herbs, dressings, and cooking supplies are sold.
