Orange, New Jersey: Another new business has opened in Downtown Orange. It's Party Time opened across from the main Orange Train Station at 23-E South Essex Avenue, at the corner of Tony Galento Plaza. It sells a variety of items for children's birthday parties and other events. A grand opening celebration will be held at the store this weekend. On Saturday from 1:00pm to 5:00pm, there will be costumed characters, face painting, and a live broadcast from 94.3FM. The space was previously occupied by Frank Appliance Service and Repair.
