Millburn, New Jersey: Businesses in Downtown Millburn will celebrate Halloween one day earlier this year. A Trick-or-Treat event will be held for toddlers and young children on Friday, October 30th, from 12:00pm to 2:00pm. Businesses in Downtown Millburn that have special Halloween signs in the window will give out treats to visiting children.
