Bloomfield, New Jersey: A course for food handlers will be held in Bloomfield. The Township of Bloomfield Health Department has announced that the class will take place on Thursday, October 15th, from 9:30am to 11:30am. Instruction will take place on the first floor of the Bloomfield Civic Center, and the class will be in Spanish only. All those who handle, serve, or manufacture food for business purposes in Bloomfield are required by local ordinance to receive a Board of Health certificate. Attending the class will help applicants to receive a certificate. Admission to the class costs $20, and pre-registration is required. To register, call (973) 680-4024.
