Discuss Local Public Health Issues in Glen Ridge


Glen Ridge, New Jersey: A discussion on local public health issues will be held in Montclair this month. The event, which will be part of the quarterly meeting of the recently combined Essex-Passaic Wellness Coalition, will be held at HackensackUMC Mountainside Hospital's auditorium. Speakers will include East Orange Health Officer Rochelle Evans, Passaic County Health Officer Charlene Gungil, and Clifton Health Officer John Biegal. Essex-Passaic Wellness Coalition director Stanley Weiss will moderate. The presenation is free and open to the public, and New Jersey public health professionals, certified health education specialists, and public school personnel are eligible to receive pressional development hours and credits for attending. Sponsors include Rutgers New Jersey Medical School and Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey. HackensackUMC Mountainside is located at 1 Bay Avenue on the border of Glen Ridge and Montclair.
