Meet Millburn's 'Local Heroes' on Thursday


Millburn, New Jersey: The Millburn Free Public Library will host 'Meet Millburn's Local Heroes' this Thursday, August 13th from 1:00pm to 3:00pm as part of the library's Summer Reading Program. Members of the Millburn Police Department, the Millburn Fire Department, and the Millburn-Short Hills First Aid Squad will come to the library to meet attendees. Vehicles from these agencies will be on display throughout the event, which is free and open to people of all ages. The Millburn Free Public Library is located at 200 Glen Avenue near the corner of Lackawanna Place. Transportation is available using the Millburn Train Station, and free parking is available in the library parking lot for up to three hours. To learn more, call (973) 376-1006.
