Essex Fells, New Jersey: The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration's annual 'Drive Sober or Get Pulled Over' campaign is beginning today, and local police departments plan to take part. The Essex Fells Police Department will be one of thousands of law enforcement agencies to "show zero tolerance for drunk driving", according to Vincent Kulik, the chief of police in the small West Essex borough. According to a statement, the department "will be out in full force to catch drunk drivers". The campaign will be held from now until Monday, September 7th, though laws regarding drunk driving are enforced throughout the year.
