Newark, New Jersey: The Newark Public Library's Technology Training Center will host several free computer classes in English and in Spanish for job seekers. According to the library, participants will be selected on a first come, first served basis. Registration will begin 30 minutes before the start of the class.

The Technology Training Center is located on the third floor of the main library, which is located at 5 Washington Street. The classes are being funded, in part, by the Newark-based Victoria Foundation.
