Politicians to Rally for 'Common Sense Gun Violence Solutions' in Newark


Newark, New Jersey: Three politicians who are part of New Jersey's congressional delegation will attend a rally in Newark on Monday.

Senator Bob Menendez, Senator Cory Booker, and Representative Donald M. Payne, Jr. will urge "New Jerseyans to rally behind common sense solutions that reduce gun violence" on Monday, June 20th at 11:30am, according to Representative Payne's office. The rally will be held on the steps of Essex County Courthouse, located at the corner of Market Street and Springfield Avenue in Downtown Newark.

Victims of gun violence, in addition to community leaders, are also slated to attend.
