Vietnamese Restaurant Planned for Downtown Millburn

Millburn, New Jersey: A new restaurant is proposed for Downtown Millburn.

According to Millburn Township Planning Board records, a Vietnamese restaurant will open at 286 Essex Street, between Main Street and Spring Street. The 685 square foot business will be owned by local resident Hoai Vo. The report states that Vo's restaurant will serve smoothies, noodles, soup, and other dishes. In addition, a bakery will take up part of the space. It will be the third Vietnamese restaurant in Essex County.

The storefront was previously occupied by Bella's Bakery, which closed in 2014.
