The Deluxe Diner Opens in Downtown Newark

Newark, New Jersey: A new diner has opened in Newark.

The Deluxe Diner opened for business in Downtown Newark across from Washington Park on Tuesday at 561 Broad Street, at the corner of Washington Place. According to the business Instagram page, a variety of items are served, ranging from soups and salads to eggs and sandwiches.

The space was previously occupied by Legends Cafe & Grill, which closed earlier this year. Renaissance Cafe operated in the space before Legends opened.

Despite New Jersey being home to hundreds of diners, Newark, the largest city in the state, continues to only have a few.
