Montclair Farmers' Market to Open June 6th


Montclair, New Jersey: The Montclair Farmers' Market will open for the 2015 season on Saturday, June 6th. This will the 23rd year of the market, which will be held weekly on Saturdays from 8:00am to 2:00pm at the parking lot of the Walnut Street Train Station. There will be 20 participating businesses, including Tree-Licious Orchards of Mansfield, Warren County, Sunden Farms of Old Tappan, Bergen County, Matarazzo Farms of North Caldwell, and Vacchiano Farm of Washington Township, Warren County. Honey, baked goods, cheese, and pickles will also be for sale. The Walnut Street Train Station is located at Depot Square and Walnut Street.


In addition, there will also be a Farmers' Market on South Park Street between Church Street and Bloomfield Avenue on Tuesdays, starting on June 9th. The market will be open from 1:00pm to 7:00pm. SNAP, WIC, and FMNP vouchers will be accepted at a 'double value' rate at both locations.
