The event will take place at the Bloomfield Civic Center. According to the Historical Society of Bloomfield, the TIA was formed in 1907 "with the goal of beautifying the town". Members worked to clean up parks, garbage dumps, tenement houses, and streets throughout the Township of Bloomfield. Attendees will see photos of Bloomfield before and after the TIA projects. The program will be presented by Rich Rockwell. The Bloomfield Civic Center is located at 84 Broad Street, next to the Bloomfield Public Library.
