Short Hills, New Jersey: A new farm-to-table restaurant has opened to patrons in the Short Hills section of Millburn Township.
Tillie's Farm to Table American Food is located at 519 Millburn Avenue, between Glenwood Drive and Campbell Road. It serves a variety of meats, soups, salads, coffee, and desserts.
The building now occupied by Tillie's recently underwent a renovation. Glenwood Cafe and Restaurant previously occupied the space.
The opening of this new restaurant is the opposite of a recent trend on Millburn Avenue in Short Hills. As was reported on Essex County Place in August, several businesses have been closing, and there are several vacant storefronts on this block, despite its location in one of the wealthiest communities in the United States.
