Newark Library Summer Reading Challenge Continues


Newark, New Jersey: The Newark Public Library is holding the annual Summer Reading Challenge again this year. The program is divided into categories for children up to seventh grade and teenagers in eighth through twelfth grades. The theme of the program for younger children is 'Every Hero Has a Story' and the theme of the program for teenagers is 'Escape the Ordinary'. Participants are encouraged to read at least 20 minutes per day, and prizes will be awarded by amount of time spent reading. Click here to learn more about the program for younger children and here to learn more about the program for teenagers.
