Maplewood, New Jersey: A new restaurant is coming to Springfield Avenue in Maplewood. The restaurant, called Cornbread, will be located at 1565 Springfield Avenue, between Burnett Avenue and Boyden Avenue. Adenah Bayoh, who owns Foya Hospitality Group and the IHOP locations in Irvington and Paterson, Passaic County, will own also own Cornbread. It will be a farm-to-table restaurant serving soul food, and it is expected to open this summer. The space, which is located in a former house next to Eridonn Mortgage, was previously occupied by the B. Hathaway's Meeting Place restaurant. Click here to learn more.
