Seton Hall University to Build Welcome Center


South Orange, New Jersey: Changes could be coming to a local university.

Seton Hall University in South Orange is planning to construct a welcome center on campus near the main entrance at 400 South Orange Avenue. According to Michael Ricciardelli of Seton Hall, construction on the building is expected to last for 14 months, and the welcome center will also house the Admissions Office. Lectures, masses, and other events will also be held in the space. A parking lot currently stands at the site.

The South Orange Planning Board will hear the proposal on Monday, March 7 at 7:30pm.
