The annual South Orange Halloween Festival will take place between 4:00pm and 6:00pm on October 31. Spiotta Park will be the location of this year's event. Wanda the Giant Witch will host music and Halloween games, and a costume parade and contest is scheduled for 5:00pm. There will be refreshments and prizes for all who attend. The event is presented by the South Orange Village Center Alliance and sponsored by The Gateway, Sparkhouse Toys, and Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Realtor Renee Spear.
