Dozens of NYPD vehicles, New York City taxis, Metropolitan Transit Authority buses, a foreign police car, and other vehicles continue to remain parked in a privately-owned lot at the corner of Passaic and Clay Streets in Newark. Some of the cars appear to be damaged but it is not clear why they have remained at this property for over a year. We reached out to the NYPD to find out why these vehicles are parked here and will update should we receive a response.
