New Development to Rise Near Newark's Lincoln Park


Newark, New Jersey: More apartments will be coming to Newark.   

According to a media alert from a City of Newark representative, The Residences at Symphony Hall will be built at 359 Halsey Street near Lincoln Park, between Crawford and West Kinney Streets. A groundbreaking event with BCM Affordable Housing's Bruce Morgan, Mayor Ras Baraka, and city officials will be held today at 1:00pm at the site, which is currently a vacant lot.    

The building will be four stories tall and will contain 20 one-bedroom units and 40 two-bedroom units.
