New Businesses Planned for Livingston Town Center

Livingston, New Jersey: Three new businesses are planned for a central Essex County shopping plaza.

Fan Bistro, Dentistry With A Smile, and Restore Cold Pressed are reportedly planning to open in Livingston at the Livingston Town Center, located at the corner of East Mount Pleasant Avenue/Route 10 and North Livingston Avenue.

Fan Bistro, a Chinese restaurant, currently operates one location in New Providence, Union County. The new location will be in the former Baumgart's Cafe space. According to Tap into Livingston, the Livingston restaurant is expected to open in June or July.

Restore Cold Pressed is slated to open alongside the Willow & Olivia Dessert Boutique, which is still under construction. The business, which sells a variety of juices and smoothies, currently has three locations in Northeast Ohio. According to the company, the Livingston store is "a work in progress".

Dentistry With A Smile is currently located across the township along East Northfield Road near the West Orange border.

Livingston Town Center has seen several changes in businesses since it open in 2006. Although businesses like 7-Eleven, Anthony's Coal Fired Pizza, 18/8 Salon, and 16 Handles have opened locations recently, many businesses have closed their locations in the plaza over the years, including Cafe Foozy's, Imperial Foods Market, Coal Stone Creamery, Fresh City, Dale and Thomas Popcorn, Gimmee Jimmy's Cookies, and Sur la Table.
