Maplewood, New Jersey: A new restaurant has opened to food enthusiasts in Maplewood. Nargiz Deli and Cafe opened earlier this fall across from Maplecrest Park at 1651 Springfield Avenue, between Vermont Street and Burnett Avenue. Items sold include meats, wraps, omelettes, salads, kebabs, and other European and Mediterranean foods. The space had previously been vacant for several years. It is one of several delis in the area.
