Caldwell, New Jersey: A new barber shop has opened its doors to clients in Western Essex County. Caldwell Cuts is located next to the Jersey Mac's restaurant at 293 Bloomfield Avenue in Caldwell, across from Roseland Avenue. A grand opening celebration was held at the independent store on Monday, October 26th. It is one of five barber shops in the Borough of Caldwell. The space was previously occupied by J.
