This photo shows the Spingarn Building on Market Street in Downtown Newark. According to the National Park Service National Register of Historic Places registration form for the Four Corners Historic District, the Spingarn Building is a limestone building that was built in 1895 for the Spingarn Men's Outfitter clothing store.
